Our client is a leading manufacturing company producing plastic injection molding and also specialized in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Lab Equipment, Spectacles and many other products located in Cheras. : \xe2\x80\xa2 To oversee, provide guidance and lead all department operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and to lead the company to achieve its vision, mission and quality objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead the whole team and meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation in term of QC \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor and control company budget, capital investment and expenses. \xe2\x80\xa2 To apply lean a management in managing the operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead, coordinate, provide ideas and suggestions to HODs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Play an important part in company P&L and its growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work towards operation excellent in all aspect \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and to lead a team of 300 total workforce and almost 10 departments. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum degree holder in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years working in manufacturing environment 300 workforce. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable working in 24 hours operation environment and able to handle different country workforce and expatriate staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical mindset, good aptitude and continue to seek new challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in MNC manufacturing as senior manager and prefer in production environment Salary: RM15K to RM20K & Benefits: 5 days week, performance bonus, medical card, etc.
