First Shift: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Second Shift: 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Salary Range:

RM2,600 - RM3,700 per month (13-month salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join a well-established

Swedish multinational manufacturing company

based in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery and equipment to support precision manufacturing processes in a clean and organized production environment.

This role involves production operations, packaging, quality checking, and other manufacturing-related activities to ensure products meet strict quality specifications and are delivered to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily production tasks as instructed by the Shift Lead or Production Manager. Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line. Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, and pressure gauges. Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, microscopes). Conduct basic maintenance and minor adjustments to reduce downtime. Record job and production data using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Participate in daily or weekly production meetings and team briefings. Maintain workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards. Support other production areas when required. Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Adhere to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and company quality policies.

Requirements

Physically fit to work on a production floor and able to stand for long hours (10-12 hours per shift). Able to lift items weighing up to 12 kg (approximately 25 lbs). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Basic arithmetic skills (fractions, decimals) and familiarity with measuring instruments. Basic computer literacy; Microsoft Office knowledge is an advantage. Good communication skills and strong teamwork attitude. Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. Minimum

6 months of experience in a manufacturing
