Our Manufacturing Department in Port Klang is now looking for a Manufacturing Specialist.

What will you be doing?

Leverage Digitalization resources within Aker Solutions and Aker companies to access the expertise and tools necessary to deliver targeted outcomes. Execute and support the development of roadmaps, business cases, and plans in conjunction with stakeholders to drive needed business transformation. Create project documentation, guidelines, work instructions; conduct end-user trainings and provide 1st level support related to digitalization Coordinate and monitoring all digitalization related activities in the dept Develop Virtualization based Systems and solutions for migrating the older Industrial Data storage systems Experience in use of analytics tools to help determine the critical parameters and improve process by better understanding of the drivers of greater efficiency and cost savings Partner with process owners and users to reshape how we work across the organization by using digital technologies and data-driven insight. Applying technical expertise in the application of digital solutions and automation within production processes with responsibility to ensure technical system capability, data integrity, and integration of new technologies Ensuring that all digitalization related data is correctly identified, stored, and is accessible. Defining data models for the facility/systems. Collaborating with project vendors to define the digitalization architecture to ensure that all data is securely transferred to office and cloud level applications Providing expert evaluations, guidance, and oversight on the execution and implementation of digital/automation technological projects, including appropriate digital elements and resources Development and deployment of digital manufacturing technology and agile automation production system solutions into a global manufacturing facility. Manage and lead the automation and digitalization efforts for all of manufacturing. Train and develop operators, monitor progression, facilitate, and coach employees through special projects.

We think you should have:

Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digitalization, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 3-5 years working experienced in data collecting, transforming, cleaning, and modelling data (Data Analysis) Experienced in developing Power Apps, hands on with Power Automate, PowerBi, Azure cloud Experienced in manufacturing environment will be an advantage Abilities and Knowledge: Knowledge in one or more of the following programming languages/systems (but not limited to): Python, MySQL, XPath Able to deliver technical solutions to business challenges in a work environment.
