About the role:
As a
Manufacturing Technician
, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities within the facility. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, assembling components with precision, performing in-process quality checks, and following standard operating procedures to meet daily production targets.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with teams such as quality control, maintenance, and production planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, supporting troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment, including setup and calibration according to production requirements.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality and promptly address any issues or equipment malfunctions.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance and accurately record breakdowns and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to optimize processes, improve workflow, and ensure all products meet company standards.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a clean, safe work environment and performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of.Diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Familiar with machinery operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
