Responsibilities: 1) Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. 2) Organize and oversee communication campaigns advertisement; (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. 3) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. 4) Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. 5) Write copy for diverse marketing distributions; (brochures, press releases, website material etc.). 6) Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. 7) Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. 8) Collaborate with managers in budgets preparation and monitor sales tracking data. 9) To create and present sales performance reports. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office and marketing software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with social media and web analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and networking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative and commercial awareness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well under pressure.
