Job Description

• Responsible for conceptualize, plan and implement creative and effective marketing campaigns and events or promotions.
• Planning of advertising and promotional timelines and execution of multiple events.
• Liaise with relevant parties such as Mall Management, Bank, Telco company and more in planning of marketing and public relations related activities.
• Cooperate with salon operations team in organizing events, promotions activities and sponsorship program.
• Support in loyalty program management.
• Conceptualize creative copywriting for company publications, sales and marketing collaterals, press release, direct mailers, websites and newsletter.
• Create, manage, monitor, innovate, and enchance the Company\xe2\x80\x99s website, all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and contents are up to date, accurate and relevant to create brand awareness online.
• Generate and prepare monthly analysis reports.
• Responsible for media platform planning and monitoring such as TV commercial, newspaper, magazines and etc.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignment and related duties which may be assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate.
• Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Good command spoken and written in Mandarin and English.
• Experienced in design and/or video creation will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, highly committed, initiative, creative and result- orientated.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems and tracking marketing campaigns.
• Prior writing experience in advertising/magazine/any relevant field is an advantage.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines with right sense of urgency.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
