A Marketing Communications Specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They also need organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks at once. In addition, they should be able to problem solve quickly and provide analytics on what practices are successful, applying them at later points in their work. Marketing Communications Specialists are responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers through social media networks. Responsibilities include creating and distributing all promotional materials, digital marketing, and advertising of the programs, managing relationships and networking during marketing events. 1. Developing creative marketing materials and in house promotion following the latest trend in accordance with brand standard and guest demographic. 2. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. 3. Ability to build relationships & networking for job-related function internally and externally. 4. Support media relations outreach efforts, including pitching ideas and events, interview facilitation and media tours, assist on-site media relations for local events, hosting visits from media. 5. Manage and update all social media platforms and residences websites. 6. Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns for optimal results. 7. On property Communications & Marketing support (be present filming and photo shoot activity \xe2\x80\x93 both internal and external, conducting site tours when required). 8. Assist Handling media inquiries and interview requests and respond to enquiries from. 9. Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business. 10. Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction. 11. Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand. 12. Handles all guest replies/complaints on Facebook, Instagram, and others social media platform for the company. 13. Updates the content on the hotel pages of the Company website. 14. Responsible in developing an effective marketing services program through an integrated communications plan as outlined in the overall hotel marketing plan and thus uplifting the hotel\'s corporate image, which including relations, collateral production, advertising, promotional programs, and event. 15.
