Creating and managing relevant content and finding new ways to reach intended target audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and updating online and offline platforms in order to ensure relevant content reaches intended target audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with managing Xiohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google Business Profiles and other social platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 To create both pre and post promotional content for campaigns and events and submit content calendar in advance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain rapport and have updated database of relevant mainstream media and KOLs. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and applying relevant findings. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist design team with copy writing for promotional materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 To take and edit photographs/short videos/ reels for social platforms and is able to conduct videos for live coverage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions and promote company initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out all other duties as required by Marcom Manager or other management staff from time to time. Requirement : \xe2\x80\xa2 Distinction in English and has a strong command of the Chinese language (both written & verbal) \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a flair for creative writing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with various social media platform, content creation and website management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer skill : Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encourages to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong creativity and conceptualizing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant personally, disciplined and a team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to put in extra hours and/ or work on weekends when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Language : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
