Position Summary:



Driving brand awareness and spotting opportunities to grow, innovate, and surprise are your key drivers. You bring the ability to ensure proper balance between long-term success and current targets by finding strategic and key-partners as well as maintaining connection to a varied guest segmentation profile. Supporting the commercial success of the property you control the message Else is sending out to the world and build bridges with exciting members of the community to enhance the product offering within both the hotel and F&B outlets.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Constantly monitor and craft the message Else is sending out both external and internal; Take ownership and utilize the CRM system for e-mail marketing campaigns and outreach; Lead implementation of the overall marketing activities and strategy in accordance with the annual and budgeted marketing goals; Work directly with PR agencies to support creation of property initiatives that reinforce identity and positioning, with execution in a timely manner; Assist in the creation and ongoing execution of hotel media plans, including copywriting, advertising placement, hotel listings, property visits, online and print fulfillment and advertising requests; Leading Press & Media FAM Trips while ensuring full support is provided for Commercial FAM Trips; Support the sales teams direct business solicitation and explore opportunities to enhance Else brand exposure via collaborations with business partners; Participate in Revenue Meetings and contributing marketing insights; Participates in weekly and monthly strategy calls, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required; Prepare the Marketing plan for the Sales & Marketing annual budget and plan; Develop and maintain all hotel creative assets, collateral, and promotional material, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, signage, menus, image libraries, logos and related assets; Gather feeder market specific insights into marketing behavior and trends; Oversee online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for social media, branded hotel websites, vanity websites, company website, and third party sites; Take ownership on the return of investment of marketing activities and expenditures; Acting as hotel brand ambassador and provides ongoing guest feedback to all areas of the hotel to identify potential points of improvements;

Desired Qualifications:



Minimum of 3 -10 years' experience in a similar capacity,

3 to 10 years preferred experience in a luxury hotel environment;

Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malay; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; Proven Marketing track record including campaign creation; Creative and innovative approach to Marketing and comfortable in the Luxury Resort or Luxury Hotel market segment. Strong event understanding preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
