They will include the calculation of the number of port operatives required to load and unload in a safe and timely manner.
Manage on vessel's purchasing as and when required by vessel.
Preparing vessel's Mate Receipt and Statement of Facts.
Closely follow up with the Tally gang and update the daily load/discharge cargoes.
Able to perform Port Clearance, Crew change and attend Owner's husbandry matters.
Manage spares logistics and clearance with Customs and Port Authorities.
Maintain good relationships with Local Authorities such as Customs, Immigration, Marine Dept. and Port Authorities.
Responsible for the on-time, safe, effective and efficient load -unload of cargo from vessel and vessel's clearance.
