Job description

My client is one of the top players and prioneers in the sustainable paints and coatings industry with a strong focus on creating innovative solutions benefitting customers and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Take a pivotal role in Sales and the development of the Marine & Protective Coatings business, overseeing Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, including key locations such as Kemaman, Kerteh, Gebang, and Kuantan.
• Ensure the achievement of sales results in alignment with established targets.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to address technical challenges encountered at customer sites.
• Advantageous to have experience or knowledge in a related field.
• Effectively engage with key accounts, challenging customers, and various internal departments.
• Be prepared for domestic travel within Malaysia.
• Exhibit flexibility for travel on short notice.
• Diligently follow up on all sales-related matters.
• Thrive with minimal supervision.
• Willingly invest additional hours if necessary.
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Melayu, English, and other local dialects.
