Marine Sales Executive (East Coast)
Job description
My client is one of the top players and prioneers in the sustainable paints and coatings industry with a strong focus on creating innovative solutions benefitting customers and the environment.
Responsibilities
- Take a pivotal role in Sales and the development of the Marine & Protective Coatings business, overseeing Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan, including key locations such as Kemaman, Kerteh, Gebang, and Kuantan.
- Ensure the achievement of sales results in alignment with established targets.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to address technical challenges encountered at customer sites.
- Advantageous to have experience or knowledge in a related field.
- Effectively engage with key accounts, challenging customers, and various internal departments.
- Be prepared for domestic travel within Malaysia.
- Exhibit flexibility for travel on short notice.
- Diligently follow up on all sales-related matters.
- Thrive with minimal supervision.
- Willingly invest additional hours if necessary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Melayu, English, and other local dialects.
