Assist in all daily tasks, coordination, and administrative arrangements.
Attend to and follow up with both existing and new enquiries from overseas and domestic corporate clients.
Assist in developing new markets and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
Handle customer complaints, returned goods, and provide effective after-sales support.
Coordinate and facilitate order processing with all relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in company exhibitions, including booth setup, planning, and on-site support.
Amend and prepare artwork as required for marketing or customer needs.
Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding their requests, requirements, and related sales activities.
Requirements

Proficient in
English

(both spoken and written).
Willing to work in
Klang
(near Aman Perdana / Bukit Raja / Klang Utama).
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy with knowledge of
Microsoft Office
applications.
