Duties include but will not be limited to the following: Develop relationships with local high schools (SMK/SMJKC/Private Schools/International Schools) with students taking SPM, IGCSE, UEC and potential future students from said schools. To be involved in website design decisions-making process and oversee the management of the college website to ensure that it is an effective lead-generating platform. To plan and implement innovative strategies for online and offline marketing to improve branding and visibility to the college. To develop and implement prospective student communication strategies and build the recruitment pipeline using Inbound Marketing and CRM tools. Understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid marketing efforts. Conduct market research and recruitment analysis as and when required. Dealing with enquiry management for the College programs by providing a high level of customer service to prospective students, parents and admissions counselors. Lead the development and management of recruitment campaigns and work closely with a team of student recruitment specialists to achieve enrolment numbers. Develop and sustain business relationships with external partners including school counsellors and feeder institutions. Recruit, manage and conduct training for local and international agents to achieve the enrolment objective of the University. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communications or related fields. Possess at least 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in any industry. Possess own transportation. Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential. Proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous . Priority Given: To those with Sales/Marketing experience in Education Industry. Those who believe in the vision of creative arts education space.
