We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company\'s owned media platforms, including the website, social media accounts, and email software. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s owned media platforms, including the website, social media accounts, GMS, and email software.
- Develop innovative eDM (Direct Mailer) and flyers using electronic marketing tools such as email blast, messaging, and social media.
- Create engaging marketing materials, such as banners, buntings, datasheets, and posters.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving all online inquiries, issues, reviews, and concerns related to the company\'s business operations.
- Organize and execute PR events and press news.
- Work closely with media outlets, external partners and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Develop creative content for internal and external communications.
- Stay current with marketing trends, engagement best practices, and potential new channels and strategies in search, display, and social marketing.
- Understand market trends and purchasing preferences to propose marketing strategies that drive sales.
