We are here to inspire our youths to continue a formal education pathway in order to lay the critical block for their success. If you are the candidate who wishes to inspire and encourage continuing education. This is the role for you. Your Responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with local high schools, including SMK, SMJK, Private Schools, and International Schools. You\'ll focus on connecting with students taking exams such as SPM, IGCSE, and UEC, as well as potential future students.
• Creating and implementing strategies to effectively communicate with prospective students, using cutting-edge Inbound Marketing and CRM tools.
• Keeping up with market trends and identifying challenges and opportunities for our marketing efforts. You\'ll conduct market research and recruitment analysis to support our strategies.
• Recruiting, managing, and training local and international agents to assist us achieve our enrollment objectives. Your leadership skills will be developed further.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communications or related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in any industry
• Possess own transportation.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Proficiency in English and Malay will be added advantage.

Priority Given

• To those with Sales/Marketing experience in Education Industry
• Those who believe in the vision of creative arts education space.
• Fluency in Multiple languages are encouraged to apply.
