We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communication Executive to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia.The successful candidate will be responsible for management of marketing activities for DHL eCommerce Malaysia. Key role will be in Social media, Digital Marketing. Also responsible to support with the overall communication needs of the Malaysia country including Internal Communications with support from Head Office.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of external communications, social media, digital marketing for DHL eCommerce Malaysia
• Manage Google adwords and run SEO & SEM independently
• Manage all aspects of marketing and communications for DHL eCommerce products and services
• Support selectively on customer communications
• Support on branding and communications tasks
• Develop campaigns around publicity, social media, media relations for DHL eCommerce
• Work with Corporate Communications & Corporate Brand Marketing for consistent branding and activation
• Define and develop a range of marketing and sales collateral for all DHL eCommerce service domains
• Work with business owners to define marketing communications projects to further our business objectives
• Develop concepts and subsequently execute the identified marketing communications projects
• Proactively coach business owners on all aspects of marketing communication

• Diploma /Degree in Digital Marketing.
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing and communications industry; preferable in the B2C arena
• Good understanding of parcel markets with updated knowledge of eCommerce and B2C sectors
• Experience to run SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Programs
• Experience with Social Marketing (managing FB, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)
• Experience in Industry Relations and Events will be an added advantage
• Experience in managing Marketing Agencies
• Software skills (Google Adwords, Social Marketing Channels, Software for Creatives etc)
