Job Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in

executing campaigns, coordinating activities, managing content, and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing initiatives

. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Museum and Cafe maintains a strong brand presence, engages audiences effectively, and drives footfall and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Support

o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).

o Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and approvals

o Support event management, including pre-event preparation and on-site assistance.

Content & Social Media Support

o Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

o Coordinate with the content/creative team for images, videos, and copy.

o Support website updates and blog/article posting.

PR & Media Assistance

o Maintain press/media lists and contact databases.

o Assist with press releases, media invitations, and tracking coverage.

o Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations and event attendance.

CRM & Customer Engagement

o Assist in maintaining customer databases.

o Support email, WhatsApp, Social Media Inquiries and SMS campaigns.

o Collect and organise customer feedback.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

o Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

o Track campaign performance metrics and provide basic summaries.

o Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items

Experience & Skills

1-2 years in marketing support, communications, or related roles preferred. Experience in tourism, F&B, retail, or attractions is a plus. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Good written and verbal communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an
advantage).

Basic data tracking and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
