• Minimum Diploma in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office and online tools.
• Excellent communication and people skills, fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
• Multi-tasker with good time management skills.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required. Replacement leave will be provided where applicable.
• Willing to travel, when required.
• Possesses own transport.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in implementing on-ground marketing strategies developed by the marketing department.
• Actively participate and help organize the promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.
• Render assistance in launching activities of new outlets for grand opening and specific on ground campaigns for existing outlets.
• Assist to create surveys, polls and questionnaires for research purposes to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Assist in compiling data from research, analyse the information and maintain database for reference.
• Represent the marketing department in dealings with company\'s appointed marketing agency, ensure creative input is communicated precisely to the agent.
• Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance.
• Be dutiful to the department and the marketing executives, aid them in executing all tasks.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
