Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relations / Event Management / Brand Management / Creative / Design.
Preferably 5 years of digital marketing management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab
Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI) on a daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for region online commerce marketing and sales strategies.
Responsible for the tracking (UTM), able to create tags, pixels, events or goals to monitor the performance properly.
Create content, idea generation, and marketing banners planning for regularly scheduled posts, enlightening audiences and promoting messages or campaigns including layout positioning, content planning and management.
Reporting company official Social Media content analytics.
Work closely and brainstorm with internal teams to execute digital campaigns and come up with out-of-the box digital marketing campaigns.
Responsible in research, strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns on platforms to achieve qualitative and quantitative marketing goals.
Conceptualize social media activations and content for campaigns, product launches, and events for the purpose of generating engagements with customers.
Overseeing the development/copywriting of online marketing contents/collateral.
Manage and work closely with brand ambassador, influencer and partner.
Being updated with the latest market trends and practice and attend networking events.
Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the management.
Execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns including promotions, and joint business plans with trade partners and brand owners.
Assist HOD to develop long-term vision and strategy and translate them into commercial plans. Own the creation of the execution plan, annual and brand plans.
To handle and manage public relations (PR) media coverage planning and development of key opinion leader (KOL) of the Company including artist seedings programs, implementation and planning of cooperative programs, etc.
Lead and partner with internal and external functions (Merchandising, Marketing, Retails, etc.) to develop brand direction, impactful product launches, channel / geographic expansion plans, and go-to market strategies.
Train and manage the marketing team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long term performance goals.
