• Experience in social media management, website content creation & customer service.
• Active on social media, with knowledge of marketing & advertising on various platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt to evolving digital trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, chat-gpt and other software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good written and verbal communication skill.
• Applicants must be willing to work in PUCHONG area.
• Fresh Graduates & Undergraduates seeking for Internship are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Create & manage social media content for all social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
• Work closely with customers on website content creation.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and executing social media plan to increase brand awareness and optimize targeted postings.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to track progress and continuously improve company\'s social media presence.
• Basic video & photo editing skills.
• Maintain customer accounts and record in system.
• Follow up on after sales feedback.
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and other initiatives as needed.
