CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Assist in plan, budget and execute campaigns across variety of media channels

\xc2\xb7 Accountable to gather market information and formulate monthly marketing campaign

\xc2\xb7 Assist in marketing, EDM, media plan and selection, PR and editorial write ups to press and magazines

\xc2\xb7 Prepares marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page, and encourage traffic to company\'s website

\xc2\xb7 Implement and execute the strategy of in-store events, atrium / outdoor events, joint Promotions and tie-ups with relevant Business Partners to drive traffic into our stores and to increase sales and brand awareness

\xc2\xb7 Oversees advertising to generate sales and maintain good working relationships with brand principals to minimize out of pocket expenses and tap on brand principals\' marketing initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Accountable to develop and maintain professional relationship with Landlord for publicity sites, atrium fair locations, A&P opportunities and best exposure for stores and brands through their event calendar activities

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with creative department to develop relevant communication collateral and In-Store Responsibilities window display with promotional theme

\xc2\xb7 Create marketing collaterals, artwork review and copywriting for both print and internet content.

\xc2\xb7 Draft PR kit for new product/brand launch and disseminate to media partners

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all social media aspects for the Business Units.

\xc2\xb7 Monthly marketing activities report to various HODs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail industry with good knowledge of the market and strong media contacts is a plus point

\xc2\xb7 Strong commands of English language in steer technical contents into attractive marketing content

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in different marketing media or IT tools

\xc2\xb7 Able to excel under pressure, work on several concurrent projects, handle tight deadline and well-organized

\xc2\xb7 Adaptable, communicate effectively with all levels of people, and work well with several other teams (channel sales, retail operations, creative, merchandising)

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, resourceful, creative, pro-active, and meticulous with a keen-eye for details

\xc2\xb7 Well versed in network with media, press, and relevant business partners
