Care to be a part of this revolution What you\'ll do: Develop key strategies/ campaigns for content affiliates based on user behavior, industry insights, product lineup, and potential impact. Implement and execute partnership & affiliate campaigns. Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to successful implementation with affiliate partners. Collaborate with cross-function marketing groups and product lines to deliver high-impact partnership projects. Daily communication with affiliate partners, including merchant sponsorship negotiation, and cooperation enhancement. Seize the SEO trending for affiliate\'s content and session optimizations and dynamically adjust. What you\'ll need: 1+ years experience in digital marketing, digital agency, or e-commerce environment. Marketing sense and know-how especially in Affiliate marketing. Strong ability in execution and negotiation. Meanwhile, owning a growth mindset and ownership. Able to balance the company\'s internal and external factors when planning and making decisions. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and a good team player. A start-up attitude and globally-minded - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Good communication skills: ask/ give feedback.
