Job Description


Develop and execute marketing strategies, ensure brand consistency, create content, manage campaigns, conduct research, and collaborate cross-functionally for effective communication.

The Marcomms Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, ensuring consistent branding and positioning, creating compelling content, managing integrated campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective stakeholder management.KPI:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with company goals, including identifying target audiences, key messages, channels, and a comprehensive plan for customer engagement.

2. Branding and Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing communications, maintaining brand guidelines for a unified brand identity in marketing materials.

3. Content Creation: Generate compelling content for various marketing channels, collaborating with internal or external creative teams to develop persuasive materials for websites, social media, advertisements, and press releases.

4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing timelines, budgets, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve objectives.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions, refining marketing communication strategies and tactics based on market insights.

6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business and marketing teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing communication efforts.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, marketing or digital
  • Exceptional ability to translate commercial ambitions into brand goals, strategies and activities
  • Fluent in marcomm beyond traditional advertising - digital marketing experience is a must.
  • Keen sense of research and loves connecting and deriving insights from data
  • A thinker, but also a doer. Ability to multi-task, chaos manage and enjoys a challenge
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team (to lead a campaign)
  • Have experience in fast moving industry (Telecommunication, E-commerce/Marketplace and Fintech) is a plus
