Job Responsibility Developing new idea and product to customer Conducting research & analyzing data to for customer and internal team knowledge Training & presenting for internal team on product knowledge, ideas & strategy on approaching customer. Managing social media for company awareness Overseeing and developing both online & offline marketing campaign Writing & proofreading creative copy Develop & monitoring Customer retention and upsell campaign Enhance company profile and visibility on both online and offline. Job Requirements Possess at least Bachelor Degree certificate Excellent written and verbal communication skills for English ,Bahasa, Mandarin Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising. Strong project management skill which able to manage multiple projects simultaneously At least 2 years experience in marketing related field.
