JOB SCOPE

• Implement the marketing plans/campaigns.
• Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams by responding to customer inquiries accurately and quickly.
• Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales inquiries, maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Understand company product, status of the materials before preparing quotation.
• Coordinate administrative processes such as sales quotations, sales orders, inspections, invoicing, and delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction after new machine setup and servicing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• To perform any other duties that may assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least Certificate.
• Able to manage schedules and prioritize well, to deliver work on time.
• Possess Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High reliability, dependability & detail person.
• Team player and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Passionate, hardworking, polite and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Candidates must be able to work in Simpang Ampat.
