\xe2\x80\xa2To monitor employees\' file and update with complete details. \xe2\x80\xa2Collecting time sheet and attendance records from Patrolling Officer. \xe2\x80\xa2To ensure guard registered with KDN (vetting) within 24 hours. \xe2\x80\xa2To ensure guard have done their Biometric with JPN prior to starting their job. \xe2\x80\xa2To ensure guard have their appointment letter prior to starting their job. \xe2\x80\xa2To ensure an updated record of all staff status (probation/confirmation). \xe2\x80\xa2Assisting in hiring staff/guard and their details should be kept in a proper filing system. \xe2\x80\xa2To assist HR and Admin (HQ) monitor and manage about Nepalese guards\' arrangement such as renewal permit, passport, FOMEMA, salary and check out memo. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure inventories are updated accordingly (Uniform, PPE and other items belongs to company). \xe2\x80\xa2All purchases must be submitted using the requisition form and with the approval from HR Executive/Branch Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2To ensure renewal of company vehicle road tax/insurance to be done before due date at least one (1) month in advance. \xe2\x80\xa2Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and Admin duties such as submitting invoices to client. \xe2\x80\xa2To monitor daily emails and reply respectively. \xe2\x80\xa2Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2Go getter who can take initiative and work independently.
