Job Responsibilities

Assist the marketing department in promoting company products across local and international markets. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business growth. Participate and support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other relevant documents for clients in a timely manner. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure excellent customer service. Conduct customer visitations to build strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers across Asia. Report on sales progress, market trends, and updates on new customers to the HQ in Japan. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities. Undertake business travel across Asia (including but not limited to the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.) for customer engagement, exhibitions, and business development.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, International Business, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply (training will be provided).

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia and overseas. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
