Responsibilities
Develop reasonable operational plans based on the needs of local merchants, provide support on administration and customer care and promote services towards increasing transaction volume.
Provide Assist and support on Company / Business Development on launching progress and execution
Promptly handle and follow up on merchant and user issues and complaints to improve satisfaction.
Regularly review and analyse merchant operational data and effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.
Quickly familiarize oneself with the product and its features, and provide regular training and support to merchants and channels
Collect and share Industrial and Market Intelligence for guided and operation business undertaking
Provide assist in common office admin duties (Has basic account or HR Admin knowledge)
Other adhoc task as per Management
