• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Mass -communication or related course;
• At least 2 years working experience in education industry;
• Good command of English and Mandarin in both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Possess the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to perform multi-task functions;
• Able to work under pressure and deadline-driven environment;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel;

Tanggungjawab

• To provide input in business and strategic planning, develop and execute yearly marketing plan such as school open days/ exhibitions/ road shows. Managing marketing budget in line with the marketing plan, manage the productivity and efficiency of the plans and projects.
• To provide good customer service and build strong relationship with staff, teachers, existing and potential students and parents. To resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
• To train and motivate staff in various aspect in order to achieve students enrolment.
• To ensure the smooth process of student registration and admission.
• To perform market research and survey to prepare marketing reports.
• To analyze and evaluate the competitive environment in different region, to improve company\'s market position, and to achieve targets.
• To create Marketing presentation and liaise with media and advertising.
• To work closely with Principal/Director of marketing on the marketing strategy/plans. Forecast student enrolment target for all both campuses, and ensure target is met.
• To in charge of all marketing materials, design to meet the company\'s brand identity standard.
• To provide effective leadership to staff and responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative matters in the department.
• To perform any other task as and when is required by the School/ Management.
