We are looking to hire a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading our company\'s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company\'s brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company seminars, conferences, trade shows, and major events.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, with the ideal candidate given the opportunity to head their own team in the future. Please note that Events, Marcomm and Digital Marketing experience is a must for this role. The ideal candidate needs to be fluent in both Mandarin and English with strong design and copywriting skills. Marketing Director Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the marketing department. \xc2\xb7 Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plans, overseeing GDN, SEO, Social Media, Outbrain and other marketing tools. \xc2\xb7 Skilled in lead generation through marketing funnels, lead generation tools. \xc2\xb7 Planning, directing, and coordinating events, communications, PR, marketing efforts. \xc2\xb7 Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. \xc2\xb7 Developing and managing advertising campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Building brand awareness and positioning. \xc2\xb7 Supporting sales and lead generation efforts. \xc2\xb7 Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing. Marketing Director Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field \xc2\xb7 Experience in marketing and running a marketing team, with at least 7+ years for Sr. Marketing Manager and 10+ years for Marketing Director. \xc2\xb7 Strong copywriting skills (both Mandarin and English, additional language is a bonus) \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage budgets. \xc2\xb7 Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media, content marketing, SEO, GDN, Facebook Ads, Outbrain etc. \xc2\xb7 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. \xc2\xb7 Design and copywriting skills in both CN and EN will be looked upon favourably.
