Job Description


We are looking for a Marketing Director, for our client, an FX Broker based in Singapore. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing brand awareness to facilitate the achievement of strategic priorities, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives. This position demands close collaboration with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and a keen focus on data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in marketing technology tools and possess a proven track record of leveraging data to formulate growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate brand awareness and drive strategic priorities, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives. Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations. Implement a highly data-driven approach and leverage marketing technology tools effectively. Experience with startups or products in high-growth phases globally. Accountable for marketing metrics and managing team expectations regarding targets, initiatives, and impact. Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure deadlines and targets are met. Responsive to customer feedback and adept at leveraging data to refine brand and product messaging across owned and paid channels. Leadership experience in implementing marketing initiatives that significantly contribute to growth. Ability to elevate the brand\'s voice and establish it as a globally recognized entity. Proficient in CMS, Google Analytics, and relevant metrics. Key Activities: Oversee diverse marketing functions, including Digital Marketing, Branding, Strategy, and operations, to drive integrated strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop a unique events strategy, encompassing hosted and sponsored events tied to Business Development growth. Drive brand awareness through cohesive event campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop globally integrated campaigns, spanning paid search, social media, content syndication, events, and email campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or related field. 10+ years of experience in senior marketing positions, preferably within the Fintech/Financial Sector across Asia, Europe, and the US. Proven track record of implementing successful global marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Chinese Strong background in marketing communications, lead generation, and PR. Expertise in digital marketing, including analytics, social media, and creative design. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
