- Develop and lead the implementation of the annual marketing plan to support the business direction.
- Manage the marketing A&P and ensuring effective use of budget while streamlining costs.
- Strategise and oversee customer loyalty programmes, marketing communications, advertising and promotions, creatives, and branding.
- Conduct analysis and reviews on current market trends and initiatives to evaluate areas for improvement and change.
- Drive innovative strategies and initiatives to increase foot traffic, brand engagement, and revenue.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or similar.
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within consumer-related industries.
- Prior experience in working with customer loyalty programmes, ecommerce, and/or digital marketing will be advantageous.
- Fluent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong sense of business acumen and creativity.
