Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

to lead and execute marketing strategies, manage online sales channels, and strengthen our brand presence. This role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, hands-on e-commerce management skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Develop and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials. Organize and support marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement marketing initiatives effectively.

E-Commerce

Oversee and manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms (company website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). Ensure accuracy of product information, images, and stock availability. Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement. Manage customer engagement on e-commerce platforms to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of working experience

in marketing and/or e-commerce. Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing online sales channels. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and [Bahasa Malaysia/other relevant languages]. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is an added advantage. Analytical, creative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
