1.Plan and Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
2.Create Daily Content: Generate, edit, and share engaging content (photos, videos, text) regularly on various social media channels to maintain brand visibility.
3.Develop Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and increase patient engagement.
Video Production and Editing: Film, capture, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
4.Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and project requirements.
5.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, video production, and content creation to ensure content is fresh and effective.
6.Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple content creation and marketing tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital content creator, graphic designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Fluent in both Malay and English.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
