-Execute & monitor all paid digital marketing account in daily basis following respected marketing strategy lead to grow of brand awareness and new costumer
-Develop promotion calendar timeline and strategy to generate conversions
-Manage outside partners/agencies and provide them with accurate briefs and timelines
-Develop and test promotion mechanics
-Forecasting promotion conversation, AOV and revenue
-Manage ongoing paid media programs to meet targets of traffic, conversion rate, and sales goals across email, SEM and SEO, as well as collaboration
-Manage activities related to UI/UX design improvement
-Manage budget and maintain ROI (ROAS)
-Analyze visitors' behavior and improve channel/contents strategy
-Timely report performance against KPIs and action plans to the management. (KPIs include revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, and channel contribution etc)
