We're looking for an experienced
Marketing Executive
who can
lead, plan, and execute
-- not just manage from behind the screen.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, act fast, and deliver results with a lean, agile team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute
end-to-end marketing campaigns
(online & offline) suited for an SME retail brand.
Manage and grow social media platforms (
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
) with consistent, engaging content.
Create content hands-on -- write captions, design visuals, record & edit short videos.
Plan and monitor
paid advertisements
(Meta, TikTok) for maximum ROI with small-to-mid budgets.
Host or coordinate
live sessions
confidently and engage with viewers effectively.
Oversee updates for the
company website and e-commerce platforms
.
Engage actively with followers -- reply to DMs, comments, and build genuine community interactions.
Research competitor trends & analytics to propose data-backed growth strategies.
Represent the company during
roadshows, collaborations, or community marketing events
when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience
in digital marketing, social media, or branding.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent.
Proficient in
Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads,
and basic photo/video editing tools.
Strong creative and copywriting skills (in both
Bahasa Melayu & English
).
Great visual sense & confident on-camera personality is an advantage.
Fast learner, proactive & independent --
able to lead projects without constant supervision.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced SME environment
with multiple responsibilities.
Not Suitable For You If You:
Are a
fresh graduate
with no marketing experience.
Prefer to only "plan" without executing.
Are too corporate or require large-team structures.
Struggle with fast, flexible SME-style operations.
Performance KPIs
Quality & consistency of weekly content output.
Engagement, reach & follower growth on all platforms.
Paid campaign performance (
CPM, CTR, conversions
).
Growth in website/e-commerce traffic & sales touchpoints.
Presentation & results during live sessions or collaborations.
