Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for F&B retail outlets and FMCG channels
Create seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations that drive customer engagement and footfall
Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and customer experiences
Cafe Marketing & Retail Activation
Implement in-store marketing campaigns including displays, sampling, and experiential activations
Develop customer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives
Create compelling merchandise and POSM strategies that enhance brand presence
Coordinate new outlet launch campaigns and promotional activities
Marketing Operations
Manage procurement of marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items
Source and liaise with vendors ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 2-3 years of brand marketing experience in F&B or lifestyle brands preferred
Strong understanding of cafe culture and F&B industry trends
Creative mindset with passion for brand building
Flexible to travel between JB and KL outlets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
