Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative
marketing strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and
promote company services. The successful candidate will be responsible for
researching and identifying potential clients and hiring needs, building a strong
network within the HR community, and generating consistent leads and
appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and hiring needs, building a strong network within the HR community.
• Finding contacts, identifying companies that are hiring, knowing who the right person is to talk to, and generating consistent leads on a weekly basis to generate appointments for the client service team and the director.
• Collaborating with the Client Service Associates to develop effective sales materials, including pitch decks and case studies.
• Creating engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, and always sourcing for alternative ways to promote the company page, such as creating a blog or using other online platforms.
• Maintaining and updating the company\'s CRM system with accurate
• information on leads and customers, and conducting "data cleaning".
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and Google AdWords.
• Managing the company\'s online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries, and finding ways to improve or report/delete those comments/reviews that may harm the company\'s reputation

Able to communicate and write in English, Malay and Mandarin.
