The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fast-casual dining industry, possess creative thinking skills, and have a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Long John Silver\'s Malaysia across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with the VP - Sales & Operations to create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, website content, and online presence to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
• Analy marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns to brand initiatives.
• Monitor and track marketing budgets expenses, and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in strategies.

ManfaatQualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-year work experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles in the fast-casual dining industry.
• Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own transport.
• Willing to work on weekends & public holidays if required.

Remunerations:
RM 3000 - RM 3500Operating hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
• Closed on Saturday and Sunday and on FT Public Holidays.
