• Min graduate in Science or Business Administration
• Preferably and added advantage with medical device/pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience
• Effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales objectives, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Possess soft skills with core competencies in achieving a quick B2B & B2C adoption to company product and services.
• High call rate conversion to results in a short learning curve.
• Self starter, critical thinking, problem solving ability and has business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Increase monthly revenue from existing clients with existing as well as new products.
• Achieve minimum expected company margin on all revenue with minimum required effective call / day with high sales conversion ratio.
• Manage own territory/region with assigned marketing budget complimented with company marketing tools.
• Develop product SOV/SOM with competitive strategies based on market intelligence and meeting customer needs.
