Tanggungjawab

• Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
• To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material
• To assist in setting up the sales booths and serve the potential clients to close the sales
• To assist related department to liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing
• To collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations and promotional materials for property viewings
• To collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• To conduct market intelligence research, analyzing demand, trends and direction of product, systems and industries
• To develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads
• To ensure that all marketing materials adhere to rule and regulation of authority guideline
• To identify, develop and evaluate sales and marketing strategies, promotions, events & activities
• To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry
• To plan and coordinate property showcases, open houses, and other events to attract potential buyers
• To prepare regular reports on post-activity analysis, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators and update marketing strategy every quarter
• To provide regular feedback to superior and management regarding customer feedback, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• To plan the activity and marketing strategy to improve group of companies corporate image and branding
• To increase the company\'s market visibility and exposure and handle any internal event or activities
• To work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• To manage other ad-hoc administrative request and operation task by the Management from time to time
