Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) for clients/brand in Singapore and APAC markets.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimize ad relevance.
Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate), and implement data-driven optimizations (bidding, budgeting, audience refinement).
A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Generate regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align campaigns with landing page experiences and broader digital initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration.
Proficiency in using Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
