Responsible for developing of strategies in line with promotion rate; branding; research trends, to identify market segments & processes and customers\xe2\x80\x99 current and future needs; pull & push the marketing, expand boarder market place; promoting digitalise marketing based on logistics strength
Providing regular updates to the Management on market demand, pricing and competition; strong strategic leadership and coaching to the team securing new customers.
Participating in product development and supporting new product launching such as exhibition.
Promote and create content for the company\'s website, and all social media platforms to maximize brand visibility to develop strong relationships and engagement with customers.
To conduct a customer engagement survey to measure customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage RFP/RFQ responses to ensure corporate objectives are met.
Analyse existing business strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualification & Experiences:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing and Strategic Planning and at least 3 years of management roles.
Proven experience in strategic planning, market research, business development and project management.
With working experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent analytical skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
