Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand goals and increase brand awareness. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation. Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, media buying, kol marketing, and offline initiatives. Manage and mentor a team, including marketing executive, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including social media posting, media deliverables, kol content, and so-on. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to remain competitive. Willing to support weekend marketing campaigns when necessary. Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree is a plus). Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in marketing, with a focus on skincare, beauty, or a related industry. Strong understanding of beauty products and industry trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of the target audience. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Willing to work in Bandar Utama (PJ).
