Primary Objective:
Develop the 3rd Party IUTA (Institutional Unit Trust Advisors) business, for conventional and Islamic offering across Asset Management, to achieve the performance target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve the IUTA KPIs in Unit Trust.
- Manage and enhance on-going relationship with the IUTAs for UT sales.
- Conduct and participate in IUTA\xe2\x80\x99s product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats and tea talks to enhance business relationship.
- Plan and conduct regular visitation to IUTA branches to update products and encourage sales.
- Gather and report market intelligence on market trend, competitors\' product and other relevant market information to superior.
- Foster excellent rapport with IUTA for better support on business.
- Communicate and report performance progress to superior.
- Motivate and work closely with team members to achieve the desired result.
- Provide professional assistance and guidance to the junior managers to achieve the desired result.
Requirements:
Diploma - Business / Banking / Marketing or equivalent..
Minimum 3 years working experience with the relevant exposures in the financial services industry.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self motivated and result oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience of the Asset Management industry.
