Job Summary: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company\'s services and brand to potential clients and candidates. You will work closely with the management team to understand business objectives and develop marketing plans that align with those objectives. : 1. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve company objectives 2. Develop and manage the company\'s brand and reputation 3. Create and execute content marketing strategies 4. Manage the company\'s online presence, including social media and website 5. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition 6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities 7. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness 8. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field 2. 5+ years of experience in marketing 3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Strong project management skills 6. Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams 7. Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus 8. Willing to travel Salary Range: RM 7,000 - RM 10,000
