  • Own GTM Marketing Strategies and Launch Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches. Coordinate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions. Continuously optimise and refine launch campaigns to maximize impact and market penetration.
  • Market Understanding and Strategy: Conduct or leverage market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs. Use market insights to formulate effective marketing strategies tailored to specific products.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and implementation of high-impact, revenue-generating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events. Craft compelling product positioning and narratives that resonate with the market, translating technical features into clear, customer-centric benefits to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other brands, influencers, and organizations to expand reach and drive growth.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels to target segments. Develop and manage the brand\'s voice and messaging to align with the business unit vision and mission.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of a content strategy that supports marketing initiatives and engages the target audience. Work with content creators to produce high-quality content that drives traffic and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise results. Utilise tools such as Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify, evaluate, and implement the optimal marketing stack to effectively drive customer acquisition. Establish a dynamic feedback loop with relevant stakeholders to enhance campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints. Track campaign spend and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree with at least 3 years of experience in Marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced B2C or D2C environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results in marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Experienced with digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proven track record of managing multiple mid-to-large size marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup-like, VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
  • Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with agencies and within the PropertyGuru business.
  • Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup.
