-In charge of managing partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and multi-channel networks (Agency, MCNs) as well as social media marketing for our business.

-Work directly with the marketing team and event team to create and implement social media campaigns, manage partnerships, and create and implement agency and KOL strategies that will drive interaction, expand our audience, and raise brand recognition.

-Interacting with agency partners to drive growth and performance Locate KOLs and MCNs, engage them, and develop connections and collaborations with them.

-Create and implement KOL and agency campaigns to boost interaction and raise brand awareness; Organize and carry out social media marketing initiatives that complement your overall marketing plan.

-Maintain recruiting agencies and be in charge of agency administration and auditions; Manage outreach efforts and build and maintain a network of KOL and MCN connections.

-Analyze the performance of partnerships and social media efforts, remain up to speed on the newest social media trends and best practices, and implement them into our strategies.
Requirements

-Minimum Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field of studies.

-At least 3+ years of work experience in KOL management, social media marketing and agency.

-Shown track record of managing and carrying out effective social media campaigns.

-Experience in developing successful collaborations and working with KOLs and MCNs.

-Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to forge connections with outside parties.

-Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to oversee many campaigns and projects at once.

-A plus is having prior experience in the entertainment or livestreaming industries.

-The use of agency/KOL resources already in place is desirable.
