Conducting market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and market trends.
Managing and strengthening the brand identity and positioning of the company.
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Monitoring and optimizing user acquisition channels and conversion funnels.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as app downloads, user engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI).
Identifying and managing partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry experts to expand the reach and visibility of the software app.
Leading and managing a marketing team, by fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, sales, and customer support.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field of studies.
At least 5+ years of working experience in digital marketing, product marketing, brand management, or related areas.
Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile apps and software development processes.
Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and target audience.
Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze marketing data, metrics, and trends.
Possesses leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally fluent in English and Mandarin.
