Job Description
- Experience in sales/market development preferably in beauty salon/ related field
- Outgoing, strong-motivated, self-disciplined and very independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be conversant in Mandarin / English
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
- Identify new business development opportunities and potential territories for brands and market expansion.
- Reviews of marketing opportunities and goal markets, intellect gathering on the customers and the competitors, making leads for feasible sales.
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and launching events.
- Build company profile and product\'s brand image including packaging development in the market through sustained campaigns.
- Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering revenue forecasts and controls cost to achieve target results.
- Develop working relationship (tie-up) for advertisement and promotion campaign with other organizations.

- 5 days working per week
- Monthly Sales commission + Yearly Increment + Yearly Increment
